About Us
It all began as a family rusks and biscuits bakery since 1991...
Our story started in the year '91 where Heilie and her mom, Rita, started to bake rusks and biscuits in the Erasmusfontein farm's kitchen. The love they had for their traditional recipes made this bakery become a true life story.

When the bakery started there wasn't much to begin with. It was only them and a few workers that were on the farm that helped out with the preparing, baking and packaging of the rusks and biscuits.
